Please read this Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully before completing your purchase. By submitting an order and processing payment on our Website, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Cancellation and Refund Window
We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Therefore, we offer a flexible cancellation policy for our customers:

More than 24 hours notice: You are eligible for a full refund if you request a cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled date and start time of your booked attraction or tour.

Less than 24 hours notice: Any cancellation requests received within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
To request a cancellation, you must send an explicit email to info@granticketsparis.com with your order number and full name before the 24-hour cutoff period.
2. Late Cancellations and No-Shows
Once the 24-hour window before your scheduled visit has started, all sales become final. No refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be issued for:

Customer travel delays, missed flights, train cancellations, or personal schedule adjustments within 24 hours of the tour.

Failure to arrive at the attraction or designated meeting point at the scheduled time (no-shows).

General weather conditions (rain, heatwaves, etc.), unless the venue itself officially closes down.

Personal change of mind or duplicate bookings made by the customer after the cutoff.
3. Venue Closures and Force Majeure
The Company acts as an independent intermediary and ticket reseller. We are not responsible for the daily operations, unexpected maintenance, strikes, security protocols, or sudden closures implemented by local Paris attraction management (e.g., Louvre Museum, Eiffel Tower, Versailles).

Official Closures: In the rare event that an attraction officially closes its doors on your scheduled date due to extreme circumstances (e.g., structural failure, national security orders, or extreme force majeure), you will be entitled to a full refund regardless of the 24-hour rule.

Refund Eligibility: If the venue operator authorizes a full refund for the closure, we will process the refund back to your original payment method.
4. Ticket Delivery Issues
All digital tickets and vouchers are processed and delivered via email within 24 to 48 hours of successful payment authorization.

It is the Customer’s sole responsibility to provide a 100% accurate email address during checkout and to regularly check their Spam, Junk, and Promotions folders.

If you have not received your digital tickets within 48 hours of your purchase, you must notify our customer support team immediately at info@granticketsparis.com.

Refunds or chargebacks will not be honored for undelivered tickets if the Customer failed to contact us to resolve the delivery issue prior to the scheduled date of the attraction.
5. Requests for Modifications
Any requests to change the date, time slot, or names on the tickets must be sent to info@granticketsparis.com at least 24 hours before the original booking.

While we will make reasonable commercial efforts to coordinate with our Paris suppliers to accommodate your request, modifications are subject to availability and venue policies.

Approved modifications may be subject to additional ticket price differences and a non-refundable administrative reissue fee.
6. How Refunds Are Processed
In any instance where a refund is approved (either via a valid cancellation made more than 24 hours in advance or due to an authorized venue closure):

The refund will be credited exclusively to the original payment method (credit/debit card or electronic wallet) used during the initial purchase. We cannot issue refunds to alternative bank accounts or cards for security and fraud prevention reasons.

Approved refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to reflect on your financial statement, depending entirely on your bank or card issuer’s processing timelines.
7. Dispute Resolution and Contact
If you believe there has been a billing error or you have a specific inquiry regarding your booking, please contact us directly at info@granticketsparis.com before initiating a dispute with your bank. We are committed to working in good faith to resolve any legitimate customer concerns.
